🤔 Honestly, i’m not a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions but it’s that time of the year where most people have high hopes to achieve their goals, so I think it’ll help to clear things up to set you on the right path

📝 90% of the people come to me with unrealistic goal telling me they want to lose weight & are constantly paranoid with their weight. Your dream body mostly needs you to LOSE FAT & GAIN LEAN MASS. It’ll look like this with SMART Goals “I want to lose 2kg of fat in 4 weeks time with proper exercise & eating habit”. Goal Setting improves self-efficacy & adhering to your goals

🏋️♂️ You’ve got to stop going into the gym without a plan & hopping machines to machines aimlessly. If you’re like that, you need to stop & get a training program (focusing on different aspect of fitness that your body needs from 4-8 weeks)

🍕Lastly, energy balance is vital to Fat Loss. Fad Diets & extreme eating approach usually have high rebound rates of becoming FAT again. Therefore, I suggest your eating approach with caloric deficit should have 80% of nutrient dense food & 20% of treats for long term adherence = LASTING RESULTS! Yays 👏
